This place shut down a while ago. They charged me for two monthly fees right before they shutdown knowing they would close the doors. Sent a letter instructing to go through the bankruptcy courts to get my money back. Unless it's under new ownership I wouldn't trust this place.

Best gym in the city! No contracts and they have great rates. Also this is not just your run of the mill gym, they remember your name and your story. They care and want you to get your results. The equipment is well maintained and good quality and they provide sanitizer wipes to use on the equipment once you are done to keep it clean as well. Jeremy Wright is an excellent trainer who has me on my path to my goals and I am seeing results. He knows his stuff and truly cares about his clients and what they are after. He remembers my story and what I am trying to accomplish and has everything all planned out so I get in there, work out and get my results. Customer service there is excellent too and they are right on top of any questions or concerns. I love it.

My wife is a power lifter and I am into CrossFit. They had everything we both needed and a very helpful staff to boot. It has a hometown gym feel while having quality equipment. Highly recommend.

You can already tell the new management genuinely cares about this place. Keith and his wife are already making long overdue upgrades, and making it feel like a second home again. We all know the them on a first name basis, we see them every time we come in to work out (and some times even get to work out with them!) and better yet they know us by our names too, and care about our families. We're not just \membership numbers\ or dollar signs to them. Him and his wife even sat and not only watched but cheered us on while we all deadlifted last night!. What a fantastic feeling to be supported by the owners. Something you won't get anywhere else. Come and check them out whether you've been a member before and left, or need a new gym to call home, you won't regret it. Kieth and his wife have their customers best interests in mind and so many of us are already excited for what's to come.
