These guys to put it simply are the best, absolutely awesome company. Absolutely went above and beyond from Todd in sales to Adam the installer. Exceeded every expectation I had and than some. Todd was very knowledgeable about his products and water treatment systems and even did some tech work when he showed up the very next day when I had an issue with my 14year old system. The first issue by the way I have had with it.So Todd brought me up to date on the new system and the Monday the very next week my new awesome water system was installed. That’s when I met Adam.Adam was prompt courteous professional and he went above and beyond also. Adam did a closet install and I had an issue with my flooring. So Adam recommended a mat to place the tanks on, I didn’t have a mat so I went into town and bought one. I came back with the mat and without even asking Adam took the measurements of the closet and cut the mat to fit my closet. Above and beyond. Sincerely an AquaAid customer and will always be one because they’re without a doubt loyal and caring about their customers and it shows. Love my new system Thank You Todd and Adam and AquaAid Systems,Inc.

This company is so refreshingly professional! They go above and beyond to ensure that the client experience is smooth, and worry free from start to finish. Todd came to our rescue when we needed to get some last minute work done while trying to buy our home. He knew the matter was urgent to us, and responded immediately. Todd brought Adam and another awesome helper to perform the repairs and work for us the next day, and the guys completed the job by that afternoon. Todd then went out of his way again to make sure that our water test results got to the right place on time. Buying a home can be stressful. Buying a home without a healthy working water system is even more-so. Thank you Todd and the rest of your team for taking such good care of us! It certainly pays to find a company so quickly that we know we can trust for all of our future needs!

Be cautious. Bought a new home that has a water filtration system and we noticed an Aqua Aid service sticker on the water softener, so we thought we would have them out to service the units, change out the media in the canisters etc. on appointment day they send out a salesman instead of a technician. After a 5 minute trip to the basement, the salesman was explaining to my wife that a seal was broken on the softener and the system is out dated and they can’t get parts for our unit anymore, but they have a limited amount of parts in stock and might be able to repair it for 300 but the whole unit may need to be replaced if another part breaks in six months, etc. etc. He then proceeded to explain that we should upgrade to a new 2000 system. Also spent some time try to sell us a 1000 under sink filter. This is when I entered the conversation. We asked for them to send a technician out to make the appropriate repair and service the canisters. They scheduled the appointment for the following week. Upon the second appointment day the technician arrived and dutifully went the the basement to make repairs to the softener. After a a few minutes he emerged and said the brine tank flushing tube was plugged, most likely from brine and lack of use due to the house being unoccupied for the past year or so while on the market. He blew it out and the unit has been operating as designed ever since. We asked about servicing the media and she said he didn’t know he was supposed to do that on this visit and didn’t have the stuff with him to change out the media in the canisters. Long story short, I’m sure these folks sell a good product and can most likely address any water filtration needs one may have, but it seemed they were more interested in selling my new equipment that I don’t need than gaining a new customer. I’ll likely go with the folks in Concord that I know and trust in the future.
