I hired this business based on the outstanding Google reviews. I purchased everything they recommended, the installation was done, and everything worked great when they went over it all with me at my location (motorhome and trailer camera installation). I paid the bill and was very pleased by the professional service I had received. However, when I hit the road weeks later and actually used the system, it was then that I experienced issues, such as the camera flickering on and off, and another camera not working at all when my trailer was disconnected. No problem, I just called and asked if they would come out and fix the issues - even offering to pay them again because I was pleased with their work and know they already did a lot at a very good price. Things happen and some problems can be a surprise... I don't expect anyone to work for free. It was then that everything changed. They explained to me that they are too busy and their mobile installation service is on hold. They told me to go to some website and find a new installer. As a business owner myself, I understand being busy and to not take on additional work. But we never turn down existing customers - especially if they have a problem shortly after our work was completed. Honestly, I'm just shocked a the situation. This is not a matter of money for me, as I never asked them to come out for free. It's a matter of business ethics. I'm still baffled as I write this review. I gave one star because the guys are nice. It's the their policies that suck, as now I'm back to ground zero.
