When I started seeing Dc. Greene and her staff (about 4 years ago) i was just moved here, didn’t speak any English and i was first time pregnant! Y’all i had the best experience with them anyone can imagine it! They never made me feel bad for not being able to communicate fast enough. They took the time time and explained everything to without making me feel dumb (other provider did that to me). They were awesome, compassionate, professionals, sweet! Dc. Greene so far is the best OBGYN and her staff are just as good and sweet as her! I had so many problems and complications before my second pregnancy, and she was there for me, made sure I understood all my options, listened to my concerns and worked with me until I successfully got pregnant and through my pregnancy! Even when i had some hormones imbalance that affected my emotional state, she made sure to refer me to the right treatment! Love love love her!

I was new to the area and honestly nervous to find a new doctor. When I went for my first appointment, I was greeted kindly and well taken care of. I was very happy with my care all throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Greene was/is caring and knowledgeable.
Pooler office: I had to come back, and edit this . I met with DR. Greene once at my 12 week, and although she was very nice, with great bed side manner, my overall experience was not ok. I was supposed to meet with her at my 20wk appointment , but she had an emergency, so I had to go to Richmond hill. My next appointment with her wouldn’t be until 4 weeks later. In between that time, I had a repeat anatomy scan ultrasound. Something was found, that the ultrasound tech briefly talk to me about, and told me Dr. Greene would be in contact with me. That was a Thursday, I waited until Wednesday of the following week, and no one called me. I did hear from the high risk OB to schedule an appointment. My ultrasound results were then posted to my chart , and apparently something else was found , that NOONE said anything to me about. I called the office, and couldn’t get through to anyone , and yet again, no one called. Not the Dr. not an NP, just no one. So I decided to switch OBs. That same day I switched, the new office called me to go over my ultra sound finding. I’m so confused as to how a new office can formally call me to go over my ultrasound, and my own Dr/OB office couldn’t even do that . Mind you, I only met with Dr. Greene once, and I’m sure she’s a great doctor , but this was my experience. The lack of communication was terrible , especially since my ultrasoundS were considered “abnormal”, and now I also see a high risk dr. This is just my review, and we’re all human, but I definitely wanted to give my honest input.
I’m new to Georgia and finding out I was pregnant and had to find a health care provider was possibly one of the most stressful things. But I feel very lucky I found one so close to home and they have always been very helpful and prompt. Front desk ladies, all the ladies in the back, nurses and my doctor Susan Mobley Greene are all very wonderful and I couldn’t be happier to have found them!
Dr Greene, her practitioner Rana Hildebrandt, and her nurses are all wonderful. Everyone is alway so nice when I come and they were so supportive during my pregnancy. Dr Greene did a great job with the delivery and they are supportive during my postpartum journey. She’s very thorough and takes her time. I never felt rushed or felt like I was asking too many questions. I would definitely recommend her and her staff.
