The front office staff is very rude and unprofessional. It took a week to get an appointment scheduled because every time I called they said they would call back and never did. The excuse was that they are \short staffed and behind\. The tech was great, friendly and professional. I was told the results would be sent to my MD within 48 hours and a week later today, my MD had to call and ask for them to fax them over. Again the front office staff was rude and smacking gum in my ear when I called today. I will never use this facility again.

American Health professionals made my experience very comfortable and reassuring. Tyne it machines are too notch and I did not feel claustrophobic. I had head phones with music to my liking and before I knew it the process was over. From all aspects of the process, AHI is first class and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Sabrina was very patient and thorough while scheduling my appointment and made me feel very welcomed and informed when I checked in. Samantha the technologist was wonderful and reassuring throughout the process. Loved how she kept me informed of everything she was about to do. Excellent experience- Shaday- was gracious upon checking out and and reminded me of the process to get info across to my referring MD- loved the service experience. It’s the simple details that distinguishes this group. Thank you.

The staff, on the phone and in office, were just excellent in working with my elderly father. They put him right at ease and were so friendly with him, he actually enjoyed the visit. The evening appointment times were a definite plus and the waiting room was very comfortable and clean.
