Impressive from start to finish! Ana was consistently available to help me with the finessing of the plan that we bought-Pine Cone Trail. She helped communicate with Perry, who was at the ready to adjust to our specifications. Perry had a phone conversation with our builder and all along the way, throughout the process, I had the sense that we were working with real professionals who truly wanted to give us a plan for the home of our dreams!

We purchased the Cova Creek house plan (Craftsman House Plan 4195-00031) from Archival Designs. Our lot is located on a lake in Texas and we wanted a design that enhanced our view of the lake from inside of the house which would also provide covered space outside and Cova Creek fit our needs perfectly. We made a number of modifications to the plans which were reasonably priced and the turnaround time was fine. Our contact during the modification phase was Ana Coddington who was very friendly and great to work with from the beginning to the end of our design process. We have just begun framing so we are growing more and more excited every day to see the finished product.
Words can not express the way my wife and I felt while working with Jeremy at Archival Designs. We had dealt with another Design firm that literally messed up our dream home and took our money. After days of starting back at square one, we came across Archival Design. Jeremy E. proved to be extremely caring and detailed about making sure that our \Dream Home\ was exactly what we wanted. In addition, we made a few changes along the way and he was very patient. He knew that this was our vision and made sure that it was correct once done. It was almost like he was reading our minds. Once we told him what we wanted over the phone, he was skilled enough to transfer it onto paper. Unfortunately, my wife and I can only afford to build one home. However, if I hit the lottery, Archival Design will definitely build all 6 of my homes. (lol) We couldn't have asked for a better experience and Jeremy E. is a true \God send\. Thanks Archival Design for all that you have done to make our dream home become a reality.
So excited we got to use Archival Designs for helping with the plans on our new house! Ana was very easy to work with, I sent them a rough drawing of what kind of changes I would like and they were able to put everything together I wanted. I would highly recommend working with the AD team.
