First, she calmed my anxiety utilizing her unique Breathing Technique which allowed me to establish a sense of clarity, relaxation, and the ability to focus on my goals. I really appreciate Brenda's transparency and how she actively listened to my concerns. During my Power Coaching session, she inspired me to clearly identify my passion and benefit for pursuing a career in healthcare. Additionally, Brenda taught me the importance of establishing clear expectations while maintaining boundaries. I was invited to Brenda's procrastination challenge and joined on a leap of faith. Brenda provided a lot of great tips and tools that were easy to implement. Providing us with simple action steps was the key to success during this challenge. It was also a fun group of people. We had fun while learning and growing!!
