Love this place. Great doctor and wide selection of frames. They stand behind what they sell and go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Had one pair of glasses I bought and broke them a few months later (my fault), they took care of getting them fixed through their vendor (because they have great relationships with their frame and lens vendors) at no charge.

Once you leave this place they do not care about you at all. My glasses broke over a week ago. Haven’t even had them 8 months. I have called and left messages numerous times and no one will respond to me. I guess that’s what you get at over priced products and undereducated employees working there...... The very next day the owner called me to apologize for everything. And are replacing my frames for me. Thank you for reaching out James.

This place is always on top of their game customer service, friendly atmosphere, overall selection of glasses is awesome got me some Costas today that fit perfectly

Excellent service and got wonderful bifocals. The owner was there that day and he was incredibly nice. He told us that he and his wife own 3 stores! A growing enterprise. They must be doing something right!

Decent office and experience, had higher expectations for customer service, connection with the doctor, and eyeglass selection. Only pleasant moments of the experience was with the woman who helped to choose a pair of glasses, everyone else was very cold. They have plenty of nice frames but they are overpriced and 90% are for women or unisex so my husband was disappointed. Next time, we’ll return to our previous office for a more complete experience.
