The staff was super nice & knowledgeable. They did not waste any time taking care of me. Very punctual. Dr Payne was very courteous. He explained everything in details. He made me feel very comfortable & relax. He even gave me some free sample of expensive eye drops for my dry eye syndrome. Overall, great experience & I would highly recommend Caris Eye Center in Suwanee!

Alysa at this office jumped to help me with an issue with my new glasses saying they would replace at no additional fee. She was beyond professional and so sweet. I moved away from Johns creek but don’t mind driving 40 mins to come up here to see Dr Emely. They are so careful here with Covid, more than any doctors office I’ve been to. Awesome staff
