Very pleasant to work with and great rates. I highly recommend Cartridge world for all your printing needs. I took a broken printer in for repair and Daxsha tried multiple steps to try to get the machine to power up to avoid diagnostic fees which are very reasonable. I am very happy with my experience here and truly feel they have the customers best interest at heart.

Jay has been a huge help with our laser printer. The manufacturer was no help at all. I was sure I’d have to buy a new printer. The one I have is somewhat expensive and only a couple years old. Jay got it fixed! We’ve been buying toner from this location for a little over a year. No issues with the toners. One time one of the colors was leaving a streak alongside the paper edge. They swapped it out no questions asked. Good customer service. Very helpful!!

Daxsha was really nice. I forgot my printer drum she called me immediately to get it picked up. I will definitely recommend.
