Poorly made and poorly packaged product. Blinds arrived dented, scratched, one blind made about one foot too short and one blind draw string was severed making the blind useless. Save yourself the money and time, buy from somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience with Delta Blinds Supply. When I called them, Erica answered the phone within seconds and was more than helpful answering all my questions, making sure I have measured my window correctly, sending me color samples, and later following up with a thank you and a tracking number. As far as the product goes, I have just installed it, but it seems sturdy and it looks good in our living room. I have got great service and I am looking forward using our beautiful natural wood blinds for many years to come :)

Purchased 8 wood blinds last month and absolutely love them. The first one took an hour to install but once I understood the sequence, the rest were 15 minutes each - piece of cake. We get privacy and light and they look very nice from both inside and out. Their promotional material advertises 'Erica'. Guess what - when you call with a question, Erica answers. Very pleasant and helpful. Recommend them highly.

Ordered last year on Amazon and now they are not there. I called the company to see if they were in business. I asked for the \free samples\ to be sent as I wanted to order more blinds. Packet arrived and the post worker said I needed to pay almost 3 in due postage. When trying to call them its difficult to get someone on the phone so finally hung up. I will look elsewhere for blinds as I expected more from a company than that.

received two custom colors had trouble finding however Delta stocked and customized length as well for me , came boxed nicely and install was a breeze as the mounting brackets can be placed in virtually any direction. appear good quality and will work for my needs , thank you !
