Absolutely terrible experience with Andy (owner). He committed to producing a labeler for my company back in March, with a delivery date of June 1st. After months of back and forth, constant set backs, excuses of being short manpower, issues with machining, etc. he then decided to cancel our order because \he chose not to do business with us\. Andy doesn't stand behind his commitments, makes excuses when something doesn't go well, and then chooses to \fire\ his customers. Their business ethics, follow through, and inability to manage adversity is appalling. Steer clear of this company!
