Dr. Ajaz is THE BEST!!! Great Doctor that takes the time to understand and explain the problem, and cares about his patients. Already feeling better after my surgery after dealing with sinus and breathing issues for years. The office staff is also very friendly! Would highly recommend Dr. Ajaz and this practice!

Indifferent Office Staff ! I have been a patient of Dr.Karlin for years and always felt at home. The front office was very friendly, would arrive early. After Dr. Karlin retired I switched to Dr. Roth and felt the aura of smile missing, but Dr. Roth was jovial and friendly. And yes all the staff were new to me as I hadn’t been there in a year and a half. As my daughters and I are patients at this office , we recommended the wife to come. We arrived at 745 am (and so did 2 more moms with young kids) for an 8am appointment as suggested when we made the appointment. The doors were locked ! Finally at 801am a young lady opened the front doors! I raised the concern with the young front office lady (about making several patients wait outside) and she wanted me to call the office managers in Lawrenceville and express the concern. No remorse, no attempt to make the issue go away, but a blunt “call the office managers in Lawrenceville” She did say that she doesn’t know why patients show up 15 minutes early! While one can say what’s 15 minutes, I always say “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. Respect your patients, keep the air of smile, be friendly and don’t thrown things over the wall. We don’t have time for your Bureaucratic silliness! Office managers and office staf- get your act tithed or YOU WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS. Don’t loose Dr. Karlin’s charm and goodwill.

Very clean, fast, and professional. I met with Ms. Angela Jones and she was able to resolve my issue on the spot. This is the second time I have used this group and am just as pleased with my second experience. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Very clean and sanitized clinic. My appointment was with Miss Angela. I had great experience with her. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. She addressed all my concerns and I never felt rushed. The front staff were very kind and respectful. Amazing office and super service. I wish if I can give them more than 5 stars I highly recommend Northeast Atlanta Ear nose and throat, PC in Suwanee area.

I went to see Dr.Roth and his wonderful assistant Dawn. They were awesome!!! Beautiful office, great staff from the time of check in to the nice staff at check out. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing ENT services. They also can help with sleep disorders and have even offer cosmetic service.
