Amazing customer service! Bought a chair to pick up a couple days later, when I picked it up one of the guys working (didn’t catch his name but he was pretty tall and had curly-ish hair maybe the manager) helped me put it in my car which hasn’t happened in other stores.

Store, overall - okay, I never had a problem there. But I was recommended recently to purchase items (almost 500 dollar total of desk and chair) I will save everyone the time and spare you all from my long wall of text from previous edits. Just avoid online service. Just buy it at the store, pick it up with your truck/rental truck, and go home with it. I had terrible experience of wrong date/time, wrong item delivery, no one able to update, and ultimately I ended asking for refund. All this process took numerous text message exchanges, 2-3 emails, and several phone calls with Office Depot and \XPO\ (delivery service they use). All of this took 1-2 months to get my money back. My time wasted on this issue was just painful. Thankfully I won't have this experience again with Office Depot.
