The delivery of the Pod was great, I had no issues until it was time to move the Pod. I'd originally called and had the move date scheduled but there were issues which resulted in my Pod being moved 4 days late - I felt bad because the new owners were trying to move their things in but my Pod was in their way. correct move date and final pick up date. I spoke to a handful of customer service representatives and they were all so very polite and really did try to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. While it was moved late, it WAS moved and I consider the matter resolved. My only critique at this point would be that there is better communication when delays come up as no one reached out to me to notify me at any point in time, I was always calling them.

PODS is the absolute worst moving service I have ever experienced. We moved from Georgia to Florida and scheduled 2 PODS to be delivered to our new home today, 10/16. Our PODS never showed up today. We called and were told that our PODs were not picked up because they were not locked, which is a false allegation. We have called multiple times and have provided proof that our PODS are locked and have only been told that our PODS can be delivered by 10/28 at the earliest. We have a 1 year old son and we do not have any of our things. PODS is an absolute embarrassment of a business. Do not ever use.

This was the most terrible moving experience I've ever had. I used PODS to pick up items from my home, store items at my rental property, and finally to transport my items to my new home. The cost to transport two 16' units and to rent them for a month was a bit high, but you pay for the convenience, right? There was not much convenient about working with this company. You are given a delivery/pickup window by email that you should completely disregard. You will get a call the day prior with an actual window. Disregard that as well because they will show up whenever they please. I was given a window of 9AM-12PM for the pickup of my units and received a call at 6:40AM saying that they were about 20 minutes away. When I told the gentleman that I was not yet awake and still expected to have about 2 hours to load the last few items, he told me that he needed to call his manager to see if they could rearrange the schedule. He was able to do this but needed to then push my pickup time to late afternoon. The ABSOLUTE WORST part of this experience is the additional 500 I've been swindled out of. I requested a pickup of my containers several days prior to the end of the first month of rental so that I would avoid paying for another month. Unfortunately the earliest they would be able to pick them up was the day before the new month was set to begin. Still, I was charged the 500 for a second month of rental. I guess I shouldn't be so upset though because Idid receive a partial credit to my account for overpayment. First, I should not be expected to pay anything for PODS that I don't have. Second, the credit is useless because I will NEVER use this company again. I strongly encourage anyone researching this company to read the reviews and consider that there are similar companies out there that you may want to consider.

Delivery of my POD was flawless. Sadly the pickup of my full POD failed horribly. No phone call, broken piece left in driveway. I filed a report with POD and then had to drive an hour to verify the condition of my POD and content. And even though I filed the report POD never reached back out to me. Hopefully it goes flawlessly when I need it delivered to my new location.
