It can be intimidating at first for we amateurs, but the staff has been very helpful and explained everything pretty clearly. Plywood is leaps and bounds better than big box stores, and the prices are pretty comparable. Well worth a visit.

Good selection and prices. Staff is always friendly and helpful. As a hobbyist, it can be intimidating but the staff was patient and great at explaining the aspects of the different woods.

Lumber and selection was great, but customer service was terrible. I stopped in on a Saturday to pick up some white oak for building a project. The lady at the counter was completely impersonal and could care less to help. The guys in the back were even worse. They offered no help in pulling wood out of the bins or loading the wood into your vehicle or trailer. Not to mention rushing you out of the bay to strap down your load, even when there was nobody waiting on you. Definitely sub par customer service for spending 180 on two 8’ boards. I always try to shop locally owned businesses, but this experience made me long for the service at big box stores.
