We have been going to Dynasty Pools since they opened. They have always had products we needed and guided us in the right direction of pool care and maintenance. We also recently had an issue with our robotic pool cleaner and cannot say enough about the excellent customer service of Dynasty Pools. It was all taken care of for us just in time for the beginning of the pool season! If it wasn’t for Dynasty Pools and their care to help the customer, we could have been needing to purchase another cleaner. We are very thankful for all of their help in correcting the issue and highly recommend Dynasty Pools for all your pool needs. This place goes out of their way if needed to help the customer..it doesn’t get better than that!

Completely Remodeled inside
I stopped in to find some supplies for my above ground pool and ended grabbing a few extra items they had in stock like inflatables & games for the pool. Great prices & customer service. Highly Recommended.
DYNASTY POOLS & SPAS .. is a Family owned business I’m glad I found.. Vincent ( Vicente) Erica, Kevin & Jose know ‘their business’. It’s very unique these days to find true honest people to help & guide you along the way re: things your not too sure of. Any questions were answered 100 o/o. They’ll give you different options re: their products.. ie: Stabilizer.. Algaecide..Chlorine..Filters ..Pumps etc.. The Showroom is really nice with ‘Product’ & samples of their inventory..also it’s very clean and organized. If you do call, you’ll get a very nice lady answering the phone.. Louisa. If the person you need isn’t available.. she’ll take a message, relay it to the proper person ..& you’ll get a quick call back. At DYNASTY POOLS & SPAS.. you DO get a ‘person’..to talk to..not just an answering service that’s takes too long Or ..calls back win 2448 hours.. that’s the Way It Should be.. person to person. Thank you Vincent & Jose’ for Everything..yesterday...getting Our pool back ‘up to par’.. it was a pleasure to meet you. If Anyone has a question re: This company. ..do Not hesitate ! Go see for yourself.. you’ll get everything you need & have a great experience with knowledgeable people!
I got a decent quote for new installation initially but couldnt finalize the project because its very hard to get hold of project manager. Called multiple times and left several messages with the store staff but no one provides any information. Poor follow up. Either too busy or dont care about customer (or fake) !
