They are just the best! I rented a SUP board last Weekend and the whole process was smooth and with no issues. Since the moment I called to rent it until James showed up with the board at the beach, i received just an excellent service. He and his crew are amazing, very professional and friendly people. In regards of the board, it was literally a brand new and beautiful Yolo board, lightweight and just as I wanted. Has a great time with it. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for the best service in the area. Will definitely consider them again in the future. Thank you guys and keep doing such an excellent job!
Absolutely wonderful! The spot was perfect & they took care of all our special needs. They helped to make our vacation finale on the beach memorable.James was great!! And they have a direct line that they answer instead of texting & waiting like a lot of the others (bonus points) looking forward to our next visit and hiring them again, maybe we’ll try the bikes too
We called and they responded right away. Very nice people and very accommodating. They were far less expensive than other companies we called, which was terrific! Our only issue is that they came to pick up our chairs at 5:30 pm. We like to go out to the beach later in the day and stay on the beach until sunset but we had to leave once the chairs were picked up, which was kind of a bummer.
This is the second time booking our bonfire with sweet escape and we have been very happy we chose them for our special family trips! Very professional, sweet and always a fast response. Recommend 100%

Sweet escapes had staff that were so courteous! We saved so much time because by the time we got to the beach, they had our two chairs, umbrella, and table set up in a prime location with our name on the back. We will be doing business with them every time we are in Destin!
