I will first start by disclosing that my complaints deal solely with the level of customer service...or lack thereof. I have no idea about their work quality as I couldn't even get that far. You are a pool company that does repairs. I'm in escrow on a home that needs significant work done on a pool. (Match made in heaven right)? Not with this company... they stated that they will not visit a property to give a quote or do a diagnostic without me owning the home even with the permission of the homeowner. And even when you are paying for the diagnostic. Why can every other service agency in the history of home repairs come out to a property to give a homebuyer a quote on services for fixes for a home they are buying but not your company? If a property I am buying has roofing issues, I get a roofer to come out to the home to inspect the roof and give me a quote. If I believe there is a plumbing issue in the home and/or want an inspection for the plumbing, I hire a plumber and they will come out to the property to give me a quote. I think there is foundation issues in the home, I call a contractor to come out and give me a quote. Whether I own the home or not, they are willing to come out. It's called an inspection period for a reason. It gives you a chance to INSPECT the property. I call your company and it's a no go. Seems like an asinine policy to have. Lady on the phone didn't really have much customer service skills either. Could have at least explained why they have that policy, take down my information, and salvage a potential customer relationship. Yet, she was more concerned with getting me off of the phone than building a potential client relationship. *Update- the very next pool repair company I called had no problem scheduling a person to come out to inspect the property. Less than 7 days my pool was resurfaced. I had a few bids and they came in with the lowest cost! They actually use name brand product (Pebble Tec) where other company use generic brand (Mini Pebble). My sales person (point of contact) communicated with me daily, this way I knew the work schedule and if I needed to lock my dogs inside. Great job, Great Service, Highly Recommend!
Technician was great. Solved the problem fast
Called three times to get appointment for inspection and never got the courtesy of a response. I would never recommend. Totally irresponsible!
