Absolutely love our experience here. From the ordering and choosing process to delivery and set up it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. All the above far exceeded my expectations. My children and I are thrilled with our new swing set. The process and cost are unbeatable for this area from the research I did. We plan to have this playset for their whole childhood and by the looks of it it will last for theirs and then be able to be passed down as well. (P.s. Sue was so helpful!!)

We bought a swing set and mulch in early May. We were told that it would take 6 weeks to get, which due to COVID we understood. They scheduled the swing set and mulch delivery/installation for the end of June. On the day of delivery, the installer discovered that he was not given any of the hardware when his truck was loaded. He came back two days later and put everything together well, except he discovered that the tire swing hardware was still missing. Meanwhile, the mulch delivery date came and went and we heard nothing from Swing & Toy Warehouse. When my husband inquired about why the mulch was not delivered, he was told that it was backordered and would not be delivered for at least 3 more weeks. When he asked why he was not told, they said it was out of their control. We understand that it could be out of their control, but the lack of notification was unacceptable. The lady did not apologize or offer even a token for our inconvenience. In addition, the day of the rescheduled mulch delivery, over three weeks after the original date (and over two months after we placed the order) no one showed up. When we inquired, we were told that there was a miscommunication with the installer. The installation of everything was well done; however, their complete lack of customer service makes it so we recommend choosing a different swing set company.
We have had a great experience looking for the perfect swing set for our two children. We have visited this location several times, always unsure of exactly which one we wanted to buy. Each time, Sue was calm and informative regarding each set as well as possible maintenance in the future. Now that we've finally decided which one we wanted, she was extremely helpful in the purchase and planning for set up. Our family was very happy with our experience.
I first went there a year ago when I was researching play sets. I spoke to a gentleman who was funny, hospitable, and very knowledgeable. When I recently went back to buy, I noticed the place was busy and there was only 1 person working there. I thought that this would take forever. But I was quickly greeted by a woman named Sue. She efficiently showed me the inventory, reviewed the features and benefits of a few of the sets in my price range, and then went off to other customers. This gave me a chance to look over the merchandise carefully and decide which direction I wanted to go, without feeling sales pressure. By the time Sue returned to me, I had a few questions which she answered. She wrote up the order, planned an install date, and I was outta there. Great experience, Great pricing...Thank You!!!
My experience at the swingset warehouse was unforgettable!! From start to finish the staff catered to my every need. Wether it was letting my family and I check out the equipment at their Flemington location or guiding me through the process over the phone. I have to admit I checked out multiple competitors. Hands down...THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!! Sue offered IMPECCABLE service and I will always remember that. My family and I love our basketball system. No need to look anywhere else. These guys have it all.
