In the beginning, I had an issue where a doctor told me my illness was “God’s way of telling you that you made bad choices.” I was told that I need to take my health more seriously. Not a nice thing to say to someone who has cancer. I switched doctors after that incident. The doctor I’m seeing now is kind and supportive, but I’ve had some other issues at the clinic. Sometimes I’ll get conflicting information between the nurse and the doctor and the front desk. Last time, the front desk staff insisted that I needed to come in for a test and I told them the nurse just informed me you can’t do that test here. She had a bad attitude with me and insisted I make the appointment. Then when I came in for the appointment, the same office member had a bad attitude with me again because the clinic doesn’t do the test she insisted I needed an appointment for. If you need something simple like bloodwork or a strep test, this clinic is ok, but if you have any serious ongoing health problems that require referrals, frequent visits, etc., I would recommend going somewhere else.

Nurse practitioner Stephine Williams at the clinic really needs to work on her bedside manner. She basically acted like I was wasting her time for my visit. Didn't bother to do any sort of examination at all. I realize we have covid 19 going on right now but she is supposed to be a medical professional. I have never been to a doctor visit where the lungs and heart are not checked. I was wearing a mask, she was wearing a mask so I didn't understand why she made me feel like I was wasting her valuable time. Then she calls me back after I didn't get prescriptions filled and was rude! Lets see if she has time to fill the prescription I need.
This doctors office is awful would not reccomend it to anyone I just need a test result and here I am 9 days later still won't tell me anything and they could of just put it to the portal login for me but hell no that would just be to easy. I would say I am very thankful they are not my primary doctor will never come back her for a test ever.
This place is ridiculous the staff is always lost and don’t know what the hell is going on and they don’t truly care about their patients.
