These people are horrendous and mean-spirited. My father has been dead since September and they keep sending bills to my address. I've called twice to handle this issue and both times the employees were extremely rude and even yelled at me. They won't close his account, but he's dead. I offered to send a death certificate but they won't close his account. You can't get money from a dead man. Sorry, DeKalb Solutions. As other people have stated, it's probably a scam. They're the only company that haven't closed his accounts or accepted a death certificate. What a pathetic company with horrible employees. Harassing a deceased father's daughter is horrible, and they should be ashamed.

I was called about a 15 year old credit card debt. When Don Terry, the person I spoke with, quoted my social security number, he asked if I worked about my employment. When I informed him I'd been disabled for 12 years, he asked how much I earned on my disability (which I refused to answer), and then tried to get me to pay a \one time hardship fee of 135 dollars.\ I informed him it was an impossibility, and Don threatened legal action.

They are a con company who isn’t real.. they sent me a letter addressed to a person who is stocking me and trying steal my identity. When I called them, I told them the story and offered them the police case number and they hung up on me... so I called the original creditor and they have no record of an original account.. this company is a scam .... beware!!
