I loved my Luxe visit! I visited (male, with a beard) along with my girlfriend (naturally curly hair). Mollie was our stylist and she worked with both of our hair texture without a complaint and was able to give us the best haircuts of our lives! She attentively paid attention to each strand, loose hair, and gave focus to minor details which really completed my look. The entire atmosphere of Luxe was wonderful. The salon itself was VERY clean (and followed COVID guidelines!) and everyone working was extremely nice, pleasant to talk to, and genuinely seemed happy to be there and help. I will definitely be going back!

I was looking to make a drastic change and I was not disappointed. Abbey did an amazing job giving me the balayage and haircut of my dreams! It turned out so much better than I was expecting. Will definitely be going back!

It’s a shame that you go to a salon like this so you can get what you pay for.. that wasn’t the case for my LAST visit with them. I went to them for a color correction and I was definitely charged for one, I asked for a overall chocolate brown color. The color wasn’t exactly what I requested but it was close enough. I requested a haircut as well. The cut was fine. I requested specific bangs and specifically said I wanted them longer past my cheekbone. Bangs ended at my cheekbone. I didn’t complain, I mean that can only be fixed with time when it grows out. I left content with what I received. UNTIL after my first wash the color began to fade and fade. I called in explain what was happening to my color.. I received a call back the following day with my only option being to come pay for it to be corrected. Mind you I paid almost 400 for this appointment. I mentioned to them I paid for it to be corrected. Why would I be charged for it. I was told because I did not purchase their product my service was not guaranteed. Sounds like a joke doesn’t it?! Within days the color faded and the 400 I spent didn’t cover that. So the conclusion of this review is you definitely do not get what you pay for at Luxe Salon in Sycamore IL.
