The mission that they do is much needed. It is so nice to see the care they provide to the animals in need.
I called in asking if they could take in a fledgling that looked like it had injured it's leg the night before. I was distraught to put it mildly and drove him up from out of county. I really appreciate them taking \him\/it, also being understanding when I was a bit hysterical after the drive up since he seemed like he was not going to make it. Consequently, I wasn't very helpful when it came to information. They have the option to donate via PayPal on their website, which I really prefer. I've attempted to pressure some people to also donate. I was told they run on donations.
We had a squirrel nest fall out of our tree and they took them in and tried to nurse then back to health.. wonderful people and wonderful facility...
