I really appreciate the kind and professional interactions I have had with Soft Water City everyone from the staff that answers the phones to the installer that completed the job have been very helpful and knowledgeable! Chris came out to give a free estimate and did not rush through any of the information, he shared about the company and its history, and did not make me feel pressured to commit to purchasing or renting. They were able to get an installation date scheduled the following week and Nick was who came out to complete the job. He was also very professional and patient as I had to coordinate with work to be available on my break time. He went above and beyond being flexible with my availability and explained in detail the maintenance and didn't make me feel silly for asking follow up questions as it was a little overwhelming not knowing the first thing about water softeners. Nick was also helpful in explaining the difference in what kind of salt to use and was not pushy in his recommendations and availability through the company or other retailer options. I am also impressed with their reasonable pricing and am thankful for the reviews and recommendations that helped me to find this pladce!
Recently moved into a house that had one of their rental systems in it. Chris (the owner) came out to educate me on the system so I could decide if I wanted to remove it, rent it, or buy it outright. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, on time, and not pushy with sales. He answered all of my questions and even answered questions I had unrelated to their system. Prices are very reasonable. 5 stars for them! We need more business owners like Chris.
