It's great. Lots of acreage for just 120 townhomes means open space, loads of guest parking, walking/running paths. I've known townhome developments that feel claustrophobic with row backing onto row and cars bumper-to-bumper on both sides of every road. This is nothing like that. All houses are energy star certified so utility bills are low. Quite a few young families with kids and dogs. Snow clearing is first rate, they're out there as soon as it starts and all paths are salted daily if there's a risk of ice. HOA fee relatively high especially with no facilities like pool, clubhouse etc. but I think it's worth it. Very quiet at night, I've never seen or heard of any trouble here.
