Let me start by saying this business is a five star(not my first time shopping here). As I entered I was greeted by the friendly staff who offer to help or answer any questions. They had all the brands, styles and sizes I was looking for. Potrerito has become a staple of the San Fernando Valley for traditional/modern western wear. Check them out!

First time shopping online with this store and let me say You guys are AWESOME! I ordered an Ariat Jacket on December 11, 2020 and I Received it today 12-15-20. With Covid and the holidays shipping has been taking longer but this was Super Fast! Oh, and it was packaged so cute! & for the people complaining about not receiving an email, CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK! Again thank you guys! I will be shopping with y’all again ️

Will never return! Was treated extremely rudely by the staff! Walked in 2 minutes after closing! They refused me and said they were closed! Planned on dropping some serious money! I guess Boot Barn will like me or Jim's Western in San Fernando!

Horrible I don’t recommend going or shopping online. ordered some stuff never got an email saying my items where sent and on top of all that they sent me a wrong item waited two months for nothing.
