I called regarding the gauge of my fire sprinkler, if it is something that needed an ASAP for a technician to fix, because it is dripping very slightly, and the person assured me that it is a minor thing. And also because I was shocked that an actual person picked up the phone and answered it, I was actually relieved from my worries. Thank you so much! LAFD STATION 91. Be safe always and God Bless.

The crew came down to help me poor baby (cat) stuck from a really high tree. Although it wasn’t an emergency I though I’d give it a try they said they’re not the ones to report to these situations but I was panicked and insisted on helping me out. They came within the hour and helped get him in down within minutes I really appreciated it if it weren’t for them he would’ve died in the tree
