I worked with Casey last summer on a dock plan and parts purchase that met my needs and budget. He is knowledgeable, energetic, friendly and humorous. I had some issues with the independent contractors installation (not related to DnD nor was he on their recommended list) and Casey went above and beyond expectations to assist me in resolving same. Nicely done, and he gets a potential repeat customer in return.

I try to support local businesses when I can, especially during this Covid 19 situation. I purchased an anchor chain for my boat from them for 27.59. I could of purchased one from amazon for 17.96 but I wanted to support the local store. The anchor chain didn’t work well so I wanted to exchange for a heavier chain. I didn’t have a receipt but the price tag was still on the chain. The store refused to do the exchange because of no receipt. They pulled up my name on their system and they only logged in big price items that I purchased, like the 2800 paddle boat I bought a few years ago. This place will not be on my list to shop for a new boat lift and pontoon.
