We had mold in our attic and were recommended PuroClean. Alex came out within 1.5 hours after the initial phone call. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained the removal process and answered all my questions. They removed all the insulation and mold, cleaned and sanitized our attic. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and clean. They covered the carpeting, walls and used a HEPA filtration system so that dirt, dust, insulation particles, or mold spores cold not migrate to the rest of the house. The team leader Josh was an elite communicator from start to finish. I highly recommend PuroClean.

I highly recommend this company! Early May, I woke to several inches of water in my Family room. It was a mess to say the least. Someone recommended me to Alex the owner, who I called and spoke, with and he had his wonderful team out to my home within 90 minutes! They took a look at what needed to be done, by 1pm that day I had furniture moved, carpet pulled up from the water damage etc. I was contacted later on that evening by the Project Manager to see how I was doing and to let me know that they would be back out the following day to check out the progress of drying out phase. They were out the next day to monitor the dry out and had to pull out molding that may have caused mold later. That would have cost me a lot more if they hadn’t been so thorough! Things were cleaned up, and by day 3 all was complete. They were always very professional and informative. I was made to feel at ease. Great Experience .

PuroClean of West Bloomfield cleaned & sanitized our residential attic structure. This included removing all existing 35 year old fiberglass insulation, dirt, grime, & organic matter. PuroClean Staff took extensive measures to protect carpeting, walls, and utilized a HEPA filtration air cleaner & to create a negative pressure system so no debris, dust, or insulation particles could migrate to living spaces. Attic was 1200sq’ w very tall 12x12 pitch so volume of surface area to be cleaned was very large, & included roof decking, trusses, and joists. Crew worked in full industry PPE. Staff was professional, diligent, & operated with quiet efficiency. We are extremely pleased with the “turn key” approach of the PuroClean Staff. This type of remediation is highly technical and there are no shortcuts. On-site Operations Manager, managed all aspects of the job, and communicated by phone & text start & finish times and ongoing progress. We would recommend PuroClean of West Bloomfield for your restoration requirements.

I can't say enough about Alex and his crew. They were highly professional and very pleasant. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. They had to clean/pack the contents of our basement and place the contents in storage. I was so impressed with how organized they packed it all in to the storage unit.
