Lori is a wonderful audiologist, my favorite in 30 years! She gives her patients the time and attention they need in order to help them hear their best!! Great office location, very informed staff, Janet will assist you with anything you need. Best hearing aid fitting experience in the city hands down! Better than Miracle ear, Kenwood Hearing, Beltane, etc!

They have taken care of my mom and dad's hearing needs for years. They are quick to respond and repair anytime either of them has had an issue with their hearing aids. Living out of town from my parents, who aren't particularly internet or smart phone savvy, voice calls are my number one way to stay in touch. I appreciate all the hard work Connect Hearing has done to help me stay connected and share my days with my parents. Thank you.

When I called to make my appointment, Janet was very explicit in explaining their methods for getting into the building at appt. time. I was greeted promptly, covid protocols were followed. As always Dr. Harple was professional, took time to address my concerns, & explain the results of my test. New products were offered to me, but I was not pressured to buy.

Dr. Laurie and Janet made it very relaxed place. Especially for someone who was hesitant. ( I wear glasses for reading and have short hair). So this made it hard for me. Thank you so much.
