Myself and all three of my children have taken classes here & it's great! Staff is fantastic & Master Sonia is great with kids, & building self esteem. I would highly recommend Symmetry Martial Arts for any child or adult looking for any kind of safe physical activity or martial arts.

I had to opportunity to participate in a self defense class Master Sonia held. I was very impressed with her knowledge and experience on the subject matter. I left with a desire for more! I also am eager for my son to start Martial Arts with her, as the curriculum is age specific. Her studio is very clean, welcoming and the energy makes you want to succeed! Can’t wait to go back!

This place is amazing. The director is so charismatic and keeps the kids attention, even my 3 year old. They are fun, upbeat and so positive to the children. Building self esteem, confidence and most of all kindness in the students. I look forward to many more years here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing and fun environment for their children to thrive in martial arts.

Hands down the best martial arts school in the area. I could write a page on each of the instructors there and how much they all have influenced my son and helped him grow as a person and martial artist. I consider them all like family, and that is exactly how they treat me and my son. He is never anything but excited to go to class, to learn more, and to make his instructors proud. All because of how they teach their students and the genuine way they care about each one of them. Just go in and spend 2 minutes with Sonia or Cody and you will see what I am talking about and how the kids come first. They even do an amazing adult class that helps me keep us with what my son is learning so that I can help him as well. Thanks to everyone there for everything they do.

We found Symmetry when our daughter turned 3 and I can't speak highly enough about this program. It is the most age appropriate activity we could have ever found. The skills she is learning are numerous and invaluable, from basic skills like learning left from right to more profound skills like respect for others. The owner Sonia is wise ,intuitive , passionate and extremely skilled in working with children! Symmetry’s program targets different ages and works with each kid based on their individual level and strengths. I found this school after doing a trail at another school and calling many ...I found them on google called and spoke with the owner she explained in detail her work and how the program and classes work. Her passion and love for what she does truly vibrates thru the earth, I felt and heard it in her voice that day came in for trial and was absolutely amazed with my child and her classes. Commit to this and you will experience a transformation in your own child as they are guided into a journey of self awareness, personal growth and magic right before your eyes. Anyone seeking a great activity to help create help teach your children to create goals, establish discipline and self esteem this program is for you!
