1ST TIME USING BONA FIDE BARGAINS. EDWARD FILES should be removed he is not helpful and just simply rude. I purchased an item via fb marketplace and never received it. When I reached Edward for help he was dismissive and felt my issue should be pursued with USPS not him. I was totally confused that he had no concern that he paid USPS to deliver an item to his customer and said item has been sitting in "transit" since 3/14. Meanwhile it was ordered 3/7 has not been delivered to your customer by 3/31! It's totally ludicrous! So if you can go to the store for your item then maybe it's a different experience. Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE - ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE DEAL WITH EDWARD "Vile" FILES!

I would give zero stars if possible. The owner was decent until we bought something from him that was advertised “new in box” but was actually opened and missing hardware. Was rude about refunding the amount to purchase new hardware. Also, his warehouse is smoked in by employees and smells like an ashtray; whatever you purchase from him will smell too.
This place is great! Lots of good deals and the owner is EXTREMELY nice. I’ve been shopping with them since they opened up and I have never been disappointed!
They do have good saving but you better ask them to assemble everything in shop first. I bought what I was told was a platform bed 70.00 which turned out to be a metal box spring and when we contacted one of the owners we were told that we could not get store credit or a refund, which is kind of wrong especially since I was told that it was an actual platform bed. So I bought a 30 dollar metal box spring for double price and pieces were missing.
I just found this place today... and it is awesome! A great place to stop and get house decor, gifts and furniture. Plus the owner is super nice and very helpful ... super impressed
