BEWARE! If you looked to take advantage of the recent 3-day ship promotion.. and you added ANYTHING to your order that was not included in that offer.. your ENTIRE order will be delayed. Mine, by almost 3 months. Yep. If you ordered cushions for those lounge chairs.. it will come at a cost of a huge delay. When asked, I was told that they do NOT split orders. No, I didn't see any warning of that. It wasn't until I asked for a shipping confirmation that I was told about my entire order being delayed. Oh, and.. you get nothing but the, \Sorry for any inconvenience\ response. Nothing else offered. So.. PLAN AHEAD. Sure, it's NEAR the busy season. But, look for stores that are willing to work with you. After all, customer service should be important. Give your business to those that really care.

We researched thoroughly and found the very best company, product and price at Polywood. Customer service was outstanding also! The furniture is very solid but not too heavy. We look forward to not having to store it this winter as it can be out in the weather and not be harmed.
I bought 5 chairs @ 260 each 1,300, beautiful product. Now would like to buy a table and benches (1,920) in same color - but they are not available in same color. Polywood suggests I buy another color. What? They can make recycled lumber for chairs and other furniture in Navy blue but not for a table and benches? Disappointing. Business is good for them, long deliveries, so that's the way it is.
Both Nic and Karen went above and beyond to help me with replacement parts. They were both very pleasant and accommodating to see that I received the correct replacement parts. This is probably the best customer service I have ever received. Hats off to two great employees.
Polywood furniture is the best, we have many pieces in our backyard and it has survived many seasons of good solid use. Their service is great, Anjie was able to help us solve a minor issue.
