Really nice paved trail that follows along Onondaga Creek. This section was near Destiny USA and I was walking it hoping to photograph the many Bald Eagles in the area. The trail ends where Onondaga Lake empties into Onondaga Creek. There is a nice, large area to stop there and take photos of the lake and the wildlife there. Really wish the trail continued along the lake shore. Def a nice, mostly peaceful (trains pass through, so that breaks up the peacefulness) area to take a stroll

This is great. I'm glad to see that some our tax money is going towards something that we can actually enjoy.

Creekwalk is a great place to walk, run, or bike. Not a lot of places where you need to cross the road, not heavily trafficked, and beautiful views.

The Amphitheater peeking out above, what the locals call, the "little mole hill."

The Harbor is a nice relaxing place to come sit and get away from it all. A trail that can be great for exercise, a cute little walk on a date, a place to sit under a shaded tree, some come to fish (but dnt keep), it's actually peaceful in the mist of being in the middle of a city filled with chaos

A man made his way north on a bicycle as I awaited the bus out to Fly Street. I've noticed him at least twenty times before today, on an old bicycle, wearing a proper reflective vest and carrying a fishing net. He has a proper bike light to illuminate his path. He rolls on by at almost exactly Six Forty in the morning. So he must be going to work, probably punching in at Seven. Why the net for fish? He doesn't carry a fishing pole that I can see. He doesn't have much choice for a fishing spot unless he cycles all the way to Onondaga Lake. I'm not going to stop him on his way because obviously, he's trying to make a destination in time. It's dark, but I study him carefully for clues as he speeds on by my stop. He has to be rather physically fit to get that kind of speed out of a bike that old. He must be good with his hands because I've noticed him for a year and it's the same bike that he's kept on the road. For now, I have to leave this an open mystery. Long might he roll. Maybe I'll see him some time, coming home with a stringer of fish? I wonder who notices me, with my camera bag over my shoulder and two knit caps on my head?
