This company doesn't deserve any star. Many drivers and transportation companies are complaining and giving them awful reviews, but the management doesn't care. Yesterday I came at 6 pm for 7 pm appointment (one hour earlier). I was told to wait until they call me. Also, they said they do not care about any appointments. Passed 6 hours until some one called and gave me a door. It took them to unload me extra 3.5 hrs. So, in short to get offloaded took them 9.5 hours. If you can, stay away from this company. Terrible, terrible place.

Dang I got here at 1:30 checked in and was loaded by 2:30 with paperwork in hand. The shipping office guys were friendly and helpful. I'm not used to getting in and out of a Westrock this quick!!!
Arrived for pickup 1045. Loaded 1245. Moving lots of trucks through.
Fast pick nice ppl
Arrived at 8a.m. for p/u and was done by 9a.m. the staff was very friendly , easy in/out.
