You need an order of mugs! This is the place to and order.

One of the most incompetent companies I've worked with. I used to order blank product that I went and picked up myself. The order is often wrong and it takes foooorever to get an invoice/charge from their accounting department. Working with Lisa was like pulling teeth. I felt like I had to spoon feed her how to do her job. She couldn't be bothered to update my credit card after providing new information FOUR TIMES. She kept charging the old card and giving me attitude when it was declined. I asked to exchange blank, unopened product and it took three months to be told no. Huge waste of time and mental energy. I can't imagine what a headache this place is for people who have items printed. Extremely disappointing, especially since I was always conscious of being courteous and keeping my calm. They make you feel like you have to be a crazy rude person to get anything accomplished through them. Pay a few cents more and give your business to a company that isn't run like a sweat shop.

Terrible print quality. Shipped the cups back and the production manager said there was nothing wrong. Fortunately I took pictures before I shipped the order back. Judge for yourself.
