Just got 6 stools Joel was very helpful and price reasonable...great choices best in the area with loads of color and styles. Outside furniture looks good too. Good experience

Knowledgeable sales - Poor customer service. Positive - they priced matched competitors and answered many questions prior to the sale well. Delivery crew was pleasant and helpful. Negative - Purchased a Brunswick air hockey table for Christmas. Upon delivery and setup the table we received does not play was well as the one in store. One corner area ( basically from one face-off dot to the side rail and end rail) and a section along side rail the puck stops. This was not the case for one in the store. In the store the puck was lively in all the corners and along the rail. The delivery team tried cleaning the surface and clearing any blockages, but the result was the same. Called Brian and informed him of the problem. He said he would take the table back and give a refund but would NOT bring out a new table - now or in the future. It was this table or no table. Delivery crew contacted the manager and he offered 50 off this table but would not replace it. As professional as they were before the purchase, I expected the same after the purchase. Not a take it or leave attitude when there is a problem ( Merry Christmas ). Anyone can make a sale - it is how they deal with issues after the sale that matters. I am extremely dissatisfied with them. I plan on purchasing my pool table elsewhere. Hopefully Brunswick will be able to remedy the problem.
