This TMobile store is awesome. The staff is very friendly, everyone was wearing masks and understood the importance, not just wearing it because their employer required them to. Three inside of then store was clean and even though they were putting things away for the night, they still stopped what they were doing and took the time to help me, even though I walked in 10 mins before they closed. I've been a T-Mobile customer since 2000 and service like this keeps me coming back. I was even a customer with them before that, as I was a Voice Stream customer when T-Mobile purchased them.

We had a great experience setting up our new iPad to the networking 11/09/20. The iPad was having difficulty and Garrett went above and beyond. I was really impressed. I have been there several times in the past and the customer service was so much better this time and much improved. The girl working with him was extremely patient and they complimented one another. He even took the time to follow up today. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable staff. System area-wide was down so we were unable to purchase our upgrades today. We did however make an appointment to come back tomorrow a complete the process. There was only a limited supply of the phone we wanted and I was concerned on the availability tomorrow. I was relieved when our salesman showed me that a RESERVED label with our names and phone number was already affixed. We are impressed with the extent of the info these two guys were able to give us on ALL the phone that the carry keeping in mind the entire time that I have Low-Vision and need a device that is fast and have a larger screen. I look forward to continue to do business with T-Mobile by making our purchase tomorrow. We want to express that this is the ONLY location that we have been to that was actually up to date with the products offered. A.J. and Signal Butts locations had no idea about the phones and I had almost written off doing business in the store and was hoping to have a good experience. I can say the we were MORE than pleasantly surprised... Update will be made after our purchase...
