Come check them out at T-Mobile. You won't be disappointed. Carlos is the man! Diego is cool too. But check them out for anything you need. They have all the answers. I've been to 5 different stores (I'm a Sprint customer) and they all shoo me away. Carlos welcomed me in and made me feel at home from the get go. This will keep me a loyal customer for years to come and I'll keep coming to them. They are amazing!

Long story short, I broke my phone 20 min before closing. I came right before they closed (which I hate being that dude). Hector and Diego were BEYOND HELPFUL. They took care of me wonderfully. I really appreciated their service right before they closed. I would definitely recommend people coming to see these guys. They were terrific :)

Hector and Diego are the bomb! These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to all the products. Customer service was better then good .if I was able to kick down a 10 star rating I would. I came in and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but thanks to them and there excellent knowledge I got what I needed and was explained every option in complete detail. If you are a t mobile or sprint customer or if you are looking to become one this is the spot and these are the guys to talk to!!!! I just recently moved from West LA to the valley. Been a customer with sprint (now T-Mobile) since 2012. Happy that I have found this location on the corner of Wilbur and Ventura. What you get here is only great people that are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a pleasure to have Bryan helping out with my new iPhone 12 max pro. He is just a pro like my phone! Thank you again and would highly recommend this location for anyone who is a sprint/T-Mobile customer.

Diego from the new tmobile was great the one down the street didn't want to help me. Carlos the Manager was of great service as well. Great teamwork. Come see them. They fixed my issue right away, when the other store didn't want to.
