So first, don't bother reaching out via their website. They don't seem very responsive via that mechanism. They were very quick to respond once I called them though. None the less, the technician didn't seem to fully know what he was doing. I called them to check out my dishwasher since it stopped working. Once he arrived, he opened it up and ensured that the power was still running throughout and then literally guessed that it was my timer that was broken. I figured this came from a plethora of knowledge but I was wrong. Since he didn't have the piece on him he called me the next day to give me the details (price, how long it would take, etc.). In that call, he said he was wrong and that it was actually the switch that was malfunctioning. I'm sorry, what happened to it being the timer? Decided to just buy a new dishwasher since it was only 50 more than what they wanted to charge

I WILL CALL T & Z APPLIANCE REPAIR HERNDON AGAIN SOON TO FIX MY OTHER APPLIANCES. THEY DID A CLEAN JOB FIXING MY OVEN. THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN PLACE. NOW MY OVEN WORKING LIKE A CHARM.
Five Stars! My less than 10 year-old french door stainless steel refrigerator just died 2 weeks before thanksgiving. I immediately call T & Z Appliance Repair Herndon to fix it and they did a great job for a reasonable price.
