Tea selection is extensive and tasty. Place is always noisy, with 90's rock or Asian pop music blasting away. Staff are mostly undertrained youngsters, so be prepared to wait and to repeat your order since most have difficulty with English. Tea is good, though.

The location seemed to be understaffed when I was there (7pm tuesday), it took them close to half an hour to make my order,but the food was absolutely delicious. The boba were cooked just the right amount and basil popcorn chicken scrumptiously crispy.
I've always loved this place's basil popcorn chicken! It's so goooood especially when coupled with the nice warm egg puffs. My go to for a quick snack stop. I had a deliciously refreshing Earl Grey milk tea this time instead of my usual Okinawa milk tea that I sadly left behind by accident...*tear* Staff has been friendly and accommodating! Keep it up! :D
Reasonably priced. All staff followed cdc rules and the place was clean. Only 2 customers allowed in at a time.
Good drinks but they often get the order wrong. They are quick to fix it, but I don't think I have ever ordered and gotten 100% what I ordered.
