First off, I will ALWAYS be a customer of Alliance West Insurance. I have had other companies try to steal me away and even offer me better rates and I REFUSE to do it. It’s not about the money. It’s about the level of professionalism and exceptional handling of my accounts that will keep me there. The owner is such a beautiful soul and really cares about the lives of everyone that she does business with. Miriam is so on top of everything! She fixes issues before they even become issues! Miriam always checks up on me to make sure that I am happy with everything. If you are even on the fence with doing business with Alliance West, DON’T HESITATE. Make the move. Trust me when I say it will be worth it!!

I have used alliance west insurance since 2015. They have been amazing. Miriam Olivares went above and beyond for me this past couple weeks.. This last week my insurance was ending. Miriam was supposed to be off at 6 and stayed late to make sure my insurance payment went through. She didn't have to do that but she did and I definitely appreciate that. She always tries to get me the cheapest quote that includes everything I need. When I call in I request for her.
