Great service! Needed to replace a part on our RV. They were able to order and get what we needed quickly. When I went in to pick it up, they knew exactly where to find it. I was able to get what I needed and be on my way. No doubt we'll need to visit again.

I have never in my life been so impressed with a dealership. Dan the salesman was phenomenal, the service department was over the top with great service. The owner must feel so lucky to have a crew with so much experience and a real team effort feeling. Jose went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was the first major purchase that I was impressed with the overall process and care from the staff.

As you can assume, finding and purchasing an RV through the pandemic has been quite an experience. We found a camper we were looking for but the make and model were sold out everywhere in washington. Apache RV was able to get the camper (Adventurer 901sb) shipped to tacoma from their portland location in just 2 shorts weeks. We worked with Dan to get everything set up before pick up since we do not live near the tacoma location. He answered all our emails promptly and he answered all our questions and scheduled us a time to pick up and sign papers. Can we take a minute to talk about the two unsung heroes in the front of the house? Tauni and Conchita helped us feel welcome and supported when we realized our insurance company couldn't cover us on a Saturday(ridiculous). They called around to find us a quote to be able to bring the camper home with us since we live an hour away from tacoma. They were inviting and personable and honestly it made the experience that much better. Scott in the service department went over the entire camper with us making sure we knew the ins and out of all the components. He was incredibly helpful. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially during a time like this. We ended up getting home and realizing one of the locks on the battery box was busted and called immediately and Conchita put through our warranty paperwork for us asap and helped get us squared away for an appt for repair. They also set us up to get an AC installed at the apache closer to us than Tacoma so we were able to get both of those services done together. Everyone from sales to service to finance were amazing. We won't buy from anyone else.

We just purchased a travel trailer from Apache in Tacoma. The biggest thing that set Apache apart was our experience with Jose in the service department. He was extremely helpful and patient when going through the delivery of our trailer. His attention to detail and patience is what prompted me to write a review. Thanks Jose!!! Tauni in financing was also great and didn't pressure us into extended service contracts. Our sales guys were low pressure and helpful enough, but not anything exceptional.
