I work at an auto shop and we pay good money for their service and they short me on my uniforms every week! I have to work on dirty clothes. Also the clothes they do get to me are wore out and tattered.

What a poor end to a business relationship! Our prices DOUBLED in one year (within a few cents for each item we use). When we spoke to Aramark, they said it was because our contract had expired (they hadn't alerted us that it had) and so we were no longer locked-in on price. They were sure they could work out something better with a new contract, and I asked, in that case, if they would recalculate our last huge bill. They said they would get back to us on that, but never did. Ultimately, we cancelled our service, feeling that INTEGRITY is a pretty big issue, and Aramark is missing the mark in a big way. We couldn't afford to pay double. Our treasurer contacted Aramark accounts to see if they would lessen the final amount or at least make payment arrangements with us. No response...until the Accounts-Past-Due dept started calling. He sent nearly 1/4 of the amount in to them and received a late fee of 19.38 for his efforts. To my knowledge, we have never been in arrears with our account. Apparently, we are being held to a high standard, regardless of Aramark's standards; regardless of Aramark's lack of follow-through & lack of communication. Honestly, we were very satisfied for several years prior to this & appreciated the responsiveness of our route driver; but this kind of treatment should either be a cue for reform on their part, or a warning to potential patrons.
