"Can't even spell 'Omega' right. Terrible service." Came in to get my Omega Speedmaster resized because it was a little too loose for my liking. I have never seen someone handle a watch so roughly. Not only that, but one of the pins wasn't even properly secured (see picture). With a 200 watch maybe I wouldn't mind, but this isn't some cheap watch. After the service was complete I wanted to get it out of the worker's hands as soon as possible. I was afraid of scratches or damage due to the worker's rough treatment of my watch. After looking at the receipt I can tell these workers have absolutely no knowledge of what they're working on, and that's why my piece was treated so roughly. I mean, they couldn't even spell "Omega" right on the receipt (see photo). If I could give this place zero stars I would. Would not take anything of value to be looked at here. Will not return for servicing timepieces of lesser value if they can't even size a band properly.

Wish I could give more stars! The owner took the time to fix my watch (Citizen Navi-Hawk A-T) and even pulled it back a part to make sure it was calibrated correctly. He cleaned all of the buttons free of charge and made sure it functioned before returning it to me. Nice guy, good prices, and well worth the wait for quality service!

Took in my antique Baume & Mercier watch for service. Service was great, watch works perfectly now and very reasonable rate for repair and cleaning.
Misleading and waaay over priced! Watch them do my work and they finished and stood there for 10 minutes not notifying me, or calling me, so I had to go up there and ask them if they were done. Poor service.
