I really enjoy going into BMW Northwest. The service providers always take great care of me. The last time I went in, I asked if they could wash my car and was told no because the machine was frozen. To my surprise, when I came back to pick up my vehicle when it was done, the service provider, Andrew had my vehicle vacuumed and lightly detailed. What a lovely surprise!

Visiting car dealer and service centers are not something I enjoy but paying a visit to BMW Northwest was a pleasure. We were greeted in the service center immediately and ushered over to a personal service rep Brandon. Our car was serviced efficiently and in less time the I thought it would take. Brandon approached us when the service was complete with invoices and a checklist of items that were checked and explained all of them. Will happily return here for future maintenance.

I went to this BMW dealer for service back in 2016/ 2017 and recall working with service advisor, Andrew Cushman. Hands down the best service I have ever received from any shop. I had a huge electrical issue (wires were cut) not only was everything explained to me but the work which ended up stretching a few more days than scheduled was excellent. I did not have any other issues with my vehicle aside from the normal maintenance required. Since that last service I have continued to pick up any necessary replacement parts from this dealer location and have received everything promptly if not earlier than anticipated. I was advised by parts a few days ago while ordering new keys, there was a campaign recall on a few parts and to schedule an appointment with a service rep. I again lucked out and got Andrew as my service advisor. Although he may not have remembered me, I remembered and reminded him of our interaction years ago and the impression it left on me. Although many complain about the dealerships prices and sometimes reps selling them things they don’t want and or necessarily need. I can always appreciate a service advisor who makes recommendations without pressure and is honest. It’s the experience, the service and professional personnel who keep customers coming back. For all of the previously stated combined, will be one of them.

Helpful on the phone in being able to order tiny but important parts for my vintage BMW. Arrived and didn't feel especially welcomed but everyone has an off day. Hard to be cheerful wearing a COVID mask, after all. Anyway, also got a nifty license ate from for my modern BMW. Very happy with the purchases, speedy service. Dealership is clean, organized and well stocked. Easy access from the freeway.
