I called Mark to inquire about carpet stretching and he was incredibly helpful and honest. He talked with me about options and actually suggested I shop for new carpet before deciding to stretch it. It’s not often that a business owner turns down business for “the right” reasons. I appreciate his candor and if I ever need anything in regard to my carpet needs, he will be the guy I call! Carpet Pros made my carpets look brand new. They were professional and quick. They helped move furniture and move it back. Friendly and efficient and I feel like I have new carpets which makes me very happy.
