Had the unfortunate experience of someone hitting my practically new 2018 Kia Soul, but it was quickly taken care of at City Center. Now it looks like it never happened! Super glad to have my car practically back to the way it was and to have had the experience made so much easier by the amazing staff. Tim especially did an incredible job!
The guys here were so nice. They made the process of fixing my car so easy. They kept me informed the entire time. I also had to move my appointment around and were super helpful. They went above and beyond service with my car couldn’t recommend them more.
The work was perfect and the customer service is exceptional. They repeatedly updated me on the repair progress and are extremely friendly regardless of how busy they are.
