If I could give 10 stars I would! We are building a new business, DRIVEN Collision Centers, in downtown Puyallup. Last week someone broke into our construction site and stole our (new to us - only six hours) Hotsy pressure washer, amongst other items. We posted about it on our social media account to try and track it down. We received a really nice private message from Shannon Gregory of Epic Industrial asking us to share the serial number so that Epic could put an alert in their system if anyone tried to bring the stolen property in for service. Yesterday we received an email from the folks at Epic that they were going to give us some amazing pricing and help to replace our stolen items. COMPLETELY ABOVE AND BEYOND! They will have our business for life!!!!!
